Mrs. Joe Keeline, daughter-in-law of Harry W. Keeline, 916 Second Ave, died late Thursday night at her ranch home near Gillette, WY, according to word received here Friday.

Death was due to complications resulting from a cold.

Mrs. Keeline is survived by her husband and two sons, Harry and Joe Keeline, Jr.
